This Scholarship was established in 2010 by Pacific Aluminium (formerly Rio Tinto Alcan), Australia. The purpose of the award is to recognise and support a student undertaking Part III of a BE or BE (Honours) degree in Chemical and Materials Engineering at The University of Auckland. NoteRecipients may be offered vacation work at one of the Pacific Aluminium sites in either New Zealand or Australia.

How do students apply? Applications by way of a form close with the Scholarships Office on the 31 March in the year of the award. If the closing date falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday applications will be accepted up to 5pm on the next working day. | |
